Meet The Staff

  • Isabella Leone [Manager]

    Isabella started volunteering at pre-school when her children were attending 17 years ago and has been part of the team since then. She holds a level 4 certificate in Early Years practise and is working towards a degree. Also a safeguarding children certificate and current first aid certificate. She is responsible for our behaviour policy and planning and assessment.

  • Dawn Nutbrown [Deputy Manager]

    Dawn has been part of the pre-school staff for 17 years, and so has many years of experience. She has a level 3 certificate in early years, is our designated safeguarding person and responsible for equality, diversity and inclusion within the setting, she also holds a current first aid certificate along with many other training certificates.

  • Dianne Swanson [Supervisor]

    Dianne has been part of the team since it opened in 1992 so again a very experienced practitioner. She holds a level 3 qualification, a diploma in children’s and young people’s work force. She has the role of SENCO and holds certificates in safeguarding and Health and Safety. Dianne also leads our transition group.

  • Amanda Recchia [pre-school assistant]

    Amanda is a former pre-school mum who started helping out and has now been part of the team since 2010. She has recently been on a safeguarding course, health and safety and first aid.

  • Ilyse Cudd

    Ilyse joined us in September 2016, she has worked in childcare for over 20 years, in various settings. She has a level three qualification, [N.N.E.B] first aid and health and safety certificates. She is our language lead and deliver’s small group communication sessions in our pre-school.

  • Megan Wigley

    Megan also joined us in September 2016 half way through her Early years Educator qualification. She has completed this qualification now and a level three Forest school qualification and she leads our Forest school sessions on a Thursday morning. She has also completed a safeguarding, first aid, equality and diversity and health and safety courses.

  • KEY PERSONS
    Your child will also be introduced to their key person on their induction visit, who will be responsible for supporting their settling in, monitoring learning and development, sharing records with parents/carers and also someone with whom you can share information or any concerns you may have.
