The Ark at Wellin Lane Pre-school was established as a Christian playgroup in 1992 and has always been part of the Edwalton Community church and local Edwalton community. We believe that no child or family group should be excluded from the playgroup’s activities on the grounds of gender, sexuality, class, family status, means, disability, colour, ethnic origin, culture, religion or belief.

We are situated in a bright modern church building with use of several rooms and outdoor play area. We are a voluntary managed setting, inspected by Ofsted and receiving local authority grant funding.
